Luke enters the drone age with new class
U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Dakota Belcher, 56th Fighter Wing spark cell lead, instructs a class on the use of small unmanned aerial systems, May 29, 2024, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Belcher, along with the rest of the spark cell team, hosted the 56th FW’s first Combat Airpower for All Airmen class, which focuses on the training and employment of sUAS drones in combat environments. The course was created in conjunction with the Chief of Staff of the Air Force’s strategic studies group, intent on training Airmen on the use of these systems.
