U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Brian S. Robinson, outgoing commander, Air Education Training Command, congratulates incoming commander, Lt. Gen. Clark J. Quinn during AETC's change of command ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph, Texas, Oct. 31, 2025.
