Phoenix Leaders Join 56th Fighter Wing for Simulated Deployment

U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 56th Fighter Wing perform a medical evacuation demonstration for 56th FW honorary commanders during a simulated deployment, Jan. 22, 2026, at Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field, Arizona. The demonstration illustrated the requirements for providing critical care to casualties within a deployed environment.
