Hilde McGinnis and Angie Jolly look at a display during the Enlisted Heritage Hall 40th Anniversary celebration on Maxwell Air Force Base – Gunter Annex, Ala., May 1, 2026. McGinnis and Jolly are the wife and daughter of retired Chief Master Sgt. Roy C. McGinnis, a 41-year veteran and WWII prisoner of war, who also served in the Korean and Vietnam War.
