Oct. 30, 2018 Joint Base San Antonio activates 502d Civil Engineer Group The 502d Air Base Wing held an activation ceremony for the 502d Civil Engineer Group at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Oct. 26. The group was activated effective Sept. 1 with Brenda Roesch as the director.
