  • AFIT awards 236 master’s, doctorate STEM degrees

    During the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Graduate School of Engineering and Management graduation ceremony March 25, history was made as this year’s class included Guardians of the U.S. Space Force. A total of 230 master’s and six doctorate degrees were awarded in the science, technology, engineering and math fields. One graduate earned dual master’s degrees.
  • CMSSF visits Maxwell to meet with Guardians

    Chief Master Sgt. of the Space Force Roger A. Towberman addressed topics ranging from diversity and inclusion to policy and direction of the Space Force for its second year of activation. He encouraged Guardians to be innovative and avoid discomfort in pursuit of growth.
  • Air Force ROTC reduces length of enlisted assignments at detachments

    Headquarters Air Force ROTC has reduced the number of years enlisted cadre serve at detachments from four to three years. Effective March 1, 2021, the reduction aligns the tour length with those of other special duty assignments, such as military training instructors and leaders, stateside enlisted professional military education instructors and technical training instructors.
