Air Force Safety Experts participate in Occupational Competency Model Study to increase successful job performance with new training mindset

A group of Occupational Safety career specialists recently met at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph to participate in an Occupational Competency Model Study focused on combining task-based knowledge and skills with other behaviors and soft skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, self-control, resiliency, leadership and stress management intended to create behavior-based outcomes.

When I Imagined myself teleworking from home as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was sitting in my cozy home-office, sipping my morning tea, more productive than ever because telework means without the normal daily office interruptions. Easy. I’ll take it!
