Under Secretary of the Air Force Matt L. Lohmeier was the guest speaker at the Warrant Officer Training School (WOTS) Class 26-02 graduation at Maxwell Air Force Base on December 18, 2025. He emphasized the critical role of the 40 new warrant officers in connecting advanced capabilities with
