    The 433rd Airlift Wing hosted the University of Texas at San Antonio Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Spring commissioning ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland May 14, which featured retired Gen. David L. Goldfein, the 21st Air Force chief of staff.
