A new commander took the reins of the German air force Tactical Training USA Command, which is set to move to Sheppard Air Force Base soon, during a change of command ceremony, March 13, 2019, at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Col. Werner Theisen assumed command of the GAF Tactical Training
