SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Senior Airman Wilson Hernandez Jr., a Puerto Rico native and 363rd Training Squadron munitions system technician went above and beyond during his training.
Hernandez completed his training course with a score of 100% on all progress checks and block tests, earning himself the ACE award.

Why you joined: I joined because I wanted to travel the world
Family: Husband to Deanna. Father to Arianna, Daniella and Caleb.

Favorite aspect of job: Building up munitions so that fighters and bombers can serve their purpose and keep America safe.
Most memorable Air Force experience: Meeting my wife at Aviano AB and two deployments doing convoys in Iraq.
How do you make responsible choices: I think of my children and if they would be proud of what I am doing.
