Warhawk of the Month - April 2020

🚨AWESOME AIRMAN ALERT🚨

Tech Sgt. Kevonda Erving, 37th Training Support Squadron

Nominated by her supervisor, Master Sgt. Anthony Modeste

As a Faculty Development Instructor, Erving is responsible for training and certifying new Air Education Training Center Instructors who will teach at Technical Training courses across the entire command. Her professionalism sets the bar early and through teaching the Basic Instructor Course, she impacts hundreds of instructors each year and finds ways for them to use their own skills to develop military members in their respective specialties.

She also took the challenges of COVID-19 head-on and found creative ways to shift the training to an E-learning platform. This ensured new Instructors continued to receive the training they needed to begin their own journey in developing others - and kept our vital mission going!

Erving is an AMAZING leader and NCO and we are honored to have her as a crucial part of Warhawk Nation. Please join us in congratulating and thanking her for all she does to serve and develop others.
