AETC unveils Phase I Enterprise roll-out of the myTraining application

Air Education and Training Command continues to reimagine how they deliver core learning services and advance force development through the design of 21st Century learning services tools with the Phase I launch of the service’s myTraining application to Airmen May 26.

This launch marks a major milestone as the Learning Services Division launches the initial capability of the myTraining application for Airmen and Guardians to access and begin managing the training lifecycle of their personnel.

AETC successfully deployed its initial myTraining application on May 11, 2022, to a limited group of Airmen.  These early adopters had access to the application and their current Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) to start building Master Tasking Lists (MTLs) and Task Groups (TGs) and to provide feedback.  Thanks to the Career Field Managers who supported the initial request to gather these publications.  Now we're ready for the enterprise to get into the system via a link on the myLearning landing page (Quick Links) and start the process of provisioning their accounts with initial CAC login. All users will come in as a trainee except Unit Training Mangers (UTM), Base Training Managers, and MAJCOM Training Managers.  With that step completed, UTMs will be able to assign Work Center Supervisors to start building their MTLs and TGs.  As we shift to a completely new application for OJT management we expect continuous improvements supporting CFETP updates and enhanced features, and ask for your patience and support.

Phase II deployment scheduled for June 7, 2022, will involve continuing to build and manage the Individual Training Record for your Airmen, allowing users from Training Business Area to reference their Archived ITR data, and providing improved Journal Entry capabilities.

Should you need help start with your UTM and if you still need further assistance please contact the AETC AASD helpdesk via the myLearning page, select the myTraining system and submit a ticket.

**NOTE:  YOU MUST PROVISION YOUR ACCOUNT BY CAC LOGIN WITHIN THE APPLICATION
