The Air Force Recruiting Service annually honors the most exceptional Air Force recruiters with the Total Force Operation Blue Suit award.

Initiated in 1979, this esteemed tradition initially honored a group of recruiters who exceeded all targets, demonstrated exceptional leadership, and made significant contributions to the mission. Continuing this legacy, the fiscal year 2025 recipients set themselves apart, overcame obstacles, and blazed trails for future recruiters.

The program recognizes the best recruiters worldwide for their efforts in recruiting a high-quality volunteer force to fill career fields critical to the Air Force in accomplishing its missions.

This year’s 14 honorees were selected from more than 2,100 Air Force Recruiting Service recruiters serving across the United States, as well as in England, Germany, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.
