Special Warfare Immersion, Familiarization and Tours is a SWTW commander directive to orient all personnel to the Special Warfare Training Wing mission, organization and culture, and to emphasize each team member's individual importance to the wing and to production of AFSPECWAR Airmen. 


Attendance is required for all SWTW personnel within their first 12 months of employment.

AFSPECWAR

Air Force Special Warfare is the Air Force's offensive ground force that specializes in air-ground-space-cyber integration in hostile, denied, and politically sensitive environments to achieve air, space, and cyber dominance.

These Airmen will be employed to gain global access; provide precision strike; and conduct personnel recovery across the spectrum of conflict.
