The Force Development Registrar was established to act as the central office to bring various registrar communities and stakeholders together to ensure mission needs are integrated as the DAF transitions into future modernized learning environments.  The FD Registrar’s primary goal is to arm leaders at all levels with the ability to access Airmen/Guardian skills and knowledge gaps to effectively plan, manage, resource, analyze, and improve mission readiness.

Mission: To maximize force readiness, ensuring availability of learning opportunities and accurate documentation of what DAF members know and can do throughout the life cycle of learning.

HQ AETC/A3BL is the functional lead for the initiatives below:

Department of the Air Force Learning Record (DAFLR) - An individual digital portfolio that will consolidate and display all education, training, experiences, and competencies throughout the learner’s career; a validated record of what Airmen and Guardians know and can do.

e-Catalog - The authoritative source for fundamental course information to streamline course life-cycle management and DAF’s enterprise-wide repository for foundational, occupational and joint competence-based learning opportunities available to all military and civilian personnel.

Faculty Qualification Tracking Tool (FQTT) - A short-term DAF-wide capability to track non-Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) instructor qualifications and proficiencies in a centralized environment until a permanent solution is developed.

Enterprise Learning Resource Planning & Management (ELRPM) - An integrated, modernized, automated, enterprise-wide capability to efficiently and effectively plan & manage resource for accessions, learning, faculty, students, facilities, reporting & analysis from recruiting to first assignment of our most valuable resource -- Airmen and Guardians.
