Richardson takes command of 42nd Air Base Wing

Richardson received his commission in 1998 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at South Dakota State University. He serviced in a variety of assignments at major command, forward operating agency, secretariat, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, combatant command, and Joint Staff levels.

Tullos returns to Maxwell to command Air University

A career security forces officer, Tullos received her commission in 1992 through Officer Training School at Maxwell. She served as the commander of Maxwell’s 42nd Air Base Wing from May 2014 to June 2016.

Staff Sgt. Shakira Mathis, the Air Force Chaplain Corps College’s noncommissioned officer in charge of operations management, was on official travel when she saved a life using her Air Force training earlier this year.
