    Staff Sgt. Alexcia Tubbs and Senior Airman Micaella Trinidad Howard proposed the idea to “sanitize” the senior airman below-the-zone packages by removing names, race, ethnicity, unit and gender from the packages to eliminate any subconscious bias in the scoring process.
